Lithgow Library Learning Centre is a thriving library service which offers an excellent information service and access to a variety of resources, including Books, DVDs Periodicals and computer and Internet access.

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Saturday 9.00 am to 12.00 noon

Please note: entry is not permitted after 5.50 pm weekdays and after 11.50 am Saturdays.

The local studies unit is open

10.00 am to 5.00 pm
Monday to Wednesday

10.00 am to 6.00 pm
Thursday & Friday

There is an after hours book chute at the front of the Library.

Due to Workcover and duty of care requirements, any electrical equipment that is brought in to the library must have a current electrical safety tag. Please allow staff to check your electrical cords before connecting to any of our power points.
